Wash Near Me, operated by THICKRIM LLC, gives car washes, detailers and related vehicle-care businesses a listing in the Wash Near Me locator and, on Pro, a page that takes requests, a link-in-bio version of it and an inbox for those requests. A business appears in the locator once its owner has listed or claimed it, or when we add it from public information. Until we confirm who runs it, a listing carries no Verified mark.

Some listings are built from public business data, such as Overture Maps, OpenStreetMap, City of Chicago business licenses and a business’s own website, and are marked Unverified until we confirm who runs the business. They may be out of date or wrong. We do not promise that they are accurate, complete or current, and you rely on them at your own risk. A business can claim its listing to correct it, or ask us to correct or remove it through the removal form. The sources and their licences are on the data sources page.

Wash Near Me does not book or perform vehicle-care services, process a customer’s payment, or guarantee a listed business’s work. Paying for Pro changes how a page looks and what it can do, and lists the business first in search under a Sponsored heading that says so (and, once the Wash Near Me iPhone app is in the App Store, in a labeled Sponsored row there); it never changes a rating. The Verified mark confirms who runs the business, not quality, insurance or licensing.

Business information, photos and text remain yours. You grant us permission to display them on Wash Near Me while your listing is claimed, and to edit your listing or page on your behalf when you ask us to, or to correct information that is wrong. You confirm that information is accurate and that you have the right to publish submitted photos and other content.

Requests submitted through your page, your link-in-bio page or your website form are stored and delivered for your business. A request is an inquiry, not a booking. We send emails only on the business’s behalf, and never sell their information.

A Free listing costs nothing and has no end date. It is a basic entry in the Wash Near Me locator: the business name, what it does, its area and hours, and Call and Directions buttons. It has no page of its own and takes no requests through us. There is no trial.

Pro costs $29/mo or $290/yr, with no setup fee, and renews until cancelled. You start it from your account, and the first payment is taken that day. Cancel renewal through the Stripe billing portal. Pro continues through the paid period, then the business moves back to a Free listing and its page stops being public. Content Free does not show is retained for restoration unless you explicitly ask us to delete it.

A plan we stop selling keeps working for anyone already on it, at the price they agreed, until they cancel it, or we move it to the current plan that includes everything it had.

Prices can change with at least 30 days’ notice and will not change mid-term.

Only list or claim a business you own or represent. A claim changes nothing public until we confirm that you run the business, using an email on the business’s own website domain, or by checking its phone, website or another reliable source. A business you list yourself goes into the locator once you confirm your email, and the Verified mark follows that same check. We may refuse or reverse a listing or claim we cannot confirm, and remove one that misrepresents a business.

Do not advertise services the business does not provide, publish content you do not control, invent reviews, or misrepresent another business. Third-party ratings are attributed to their source. You can edit supported listing fields or ask us to correct them.

Do not post or send anything offensive, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, illegal or misleading, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights. This covers business pages, photos, past jobs, page text and quote requests, on the website and in the Wash Near Me iPhone app.

THICKRIM LLC may remove any content that breaks these terms, with or without notice, and may suspend or close the account or listing that posted it.

To report a business page, tap Report This Page in the page’s menu in the app, or use the report link on the page on the website. A business can report and block a quote request from the bottom of that request. You can also email [email protected] with the page link and what is wrong. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content that breaks these rules.

A quote request is for asking a business about work on a vehicle. Send true details, and only photos of your own vehicle or one you are responsible for. Do not send anything unlawful, abusive, threatening or sexual, and do not use the form to advertise. A business can report or block a request it receives, and we may remove requests and block senders that break these rules.

We monitor the service and aim to keep public listings reachable. No formal uptime guarantee is offered at this stage.

Pro is billed in advance. Cancelling stops the next charge; the current period runs to its end and is not refunded.

Where the law gives you a right to a refund, these terms do not take it away.

Wash Near Me is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, THICKRIM LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost jobs, lost profits or lost data, and its total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its rules on conflicts of law. Any dispute about them or the service goes to the state courts of Lake County, Illinois, or the federal courts for the Northern District of Illinois.
