How Wash Near Me works
Is there a contract or a free trial?
No contract and no setup fee. There is no trial either: Pro starts, and is charged, the day you upgrade from your account.
How do I cancel?
From Account in your dashboard. Pro runs to the end of the period you paid for, then you are back on a free listing.
How do I know it’s working?
Your dashboard shows each month’s searches, calls and directions. On Pro it adds your requests and where each one came from.
What happens to my page if I stop Pro?
Your page and link-in-bio page switch off, and links to them stop working. You keep the free listing in search. Your services, photos and requests are kept, so they come back if you start Pro again.
Do I need a website?
No. Your Wash Page works as your website and your link in bio. If you already have one, the same request form drops into it.
Do customers pay through Wash Near Me?
No. A customer sends a request, you reply with a price and a time, and they pay you directly. There is no booking calendar, no payment through us and no cut of your jobs.
Do I get anything for referring a business?
Yes. On Pro, your account has a referral link. When a business you send starts Pro, one month of your plan comes off your next invoice, up to 12 months. Your own businesses do not count.
Can I pay for the Verified mark?
No. Verified means we confirmed who runs the business. It is the same on Free and Pro, and paying for Pro does not give it to you.
What does Sponsored mean?
Pro businesses are listed first in Wash Near Me search, under a Sponsored label. Everyone else is listed by distance. When the iPhone app is in the App Store, Pro businesses get a labeled Sponsored row there too.
Do you refund a yearly plan?
Pro is billed in advance, and we email you before a yearly plan renews. Cancelling stops the next charge; the year you paid for runs to its end and is not refunded. If something went wrong on our side, contact us and a person will review it.
