Remove a business

Wash Near Me search shows businesses that listed or claimed themselves, and some we added from public business data, which carry no Verified mark. We also hold basic details about other car washes and detailers from public data that are not published. If you want a business out of Wash Near Me, or want us to delete the details we hold about it, use the removal form.

What the form asks for

• Which business. Paste its address (washnear.me/w/…) or type the business name.
• Who is asking. Whether you own or work at the business, represent it, or are a customer.
• Why. Permanently closed, not a car wash or detailer, a duplicate, or the business does not want to be listed.
• Your name, email and phone number. All three are required, because we do not act on a removal without being able to reach the person who asked.

What happens next

A person reads every request and checks it is genuine, which usually means calling or writing to the details you leave. Details we hold from public data are deleted. A claimed listing goes to its owner first, because it is theirs to change.

When a correction is the better route

If the business is still trading and a claimed listing is simply wrong, that is a correction, not a removal. Use the contact form and we will fix it with the owner.
