Where your card lives

With Stripe, not with us. Checkout and the billing portal are Stripe's; Wash Near Me does not see or store a card number. Card updates, invoices and cancellation all happen in the portal reached from Account.

What it costs

Free costs nothing. Pro is $29/mo or $290/yr, with no setup fee. You start it from Account; the amount and renewal interval are shown before you pay.

No trial

Free is a listing in Wash Near Me search, and Pro is the page. There is no trial: the first charge is the day you start Pro.

Monthly or annual

Annual billing charges for ten months and covers the full year. You can switch between monthly and annual from Account; Stripe credits unused time when the interval changes.

Neither is a long-term contract. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and Pro continues through the period already paid for.

What cancelling does

When the paid period ends:

• You move back to a free listing. Your name, area, hours and Call and Directions stay in Wash Near Me search.
• Your page switches off: your page and link-in-bio page, the request form and inbox alerts, and the form on your own website. Links to your page stop working.
• We keep your content. Your services, photos and settings are kept, so starting Pro again restores them.
• Your quote requests stay in your account until you ask us to delete them.

There is no cancellation fee.

Deleting data is different

Cancelling stops billing and keeps your free listing. Deleting your account is different: do it from Account on the website (type DELETE to confirm), or under You in the iPhone app. It ends your sign-in everywhere, cancels Pro, and deletes the quote requests your customers sent. A listing you created comes off Wash Near Me; one that was already in our records goes back to unclaimed. To have your photos and page wording deleted too, contact us and we confirm when it is done.

Refunds

If something went wrong on our side, contact us and a person will review it.
